I built this program after hearing the same thing over and over again from women who wanted results but felt like fitness didn’t fit their lives anymore.


By the time work was done, the house was sorted, the kids were fed and life finally slowed down,  the idea of a 45-minute workout felt impossible.


That’s when Express Glutes stopped being an idea and became a program.
