I started Booty by Jacks because I kept watching the same thing happen to good women.
They'd sign up to a challenge full of hope, go all in for ten days, then life would do what life does (work, kids, a bad week) and they'd miss a session. Then two. And because nobody was in it with them, missing turned into quitting, and quitting turned into "I'm just not the kind of person who sticks to things."
I didn't believe that about a single one of them. I still don't believe it about you.
Here's what I worked out after years of coaching women who'd "failed" every program they ever tried. They didn't fail because they were lazy or lacking willpower. They failed because they were doing it alone, on a generic plan, with no one to notice if they showed up or not. Willpower runs out around week two. Belonging doesn't.
