I started Booty by Jacks because I kept watching the same thing happen to good women.


They'd sign up to a challenge full of hope, go all in for ten days, then life would do what life does (work, kids, a bad week) and they'd miss a session. Then two. And because nobody was in it with them, missing turned into quitting, and quitting turned into "I'm just not the kind of person who sticks to things."
I didn't believe that about a single one of them. I still don't believe it about you.


Here's what I worked out after years of coaching women who'd "failed" every program they ever tried. They didn't fail because they were lazy or lacking willpower.
